Terms of Service
Effective date: April 22, 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of adsindustry.com(the “Site”) operated by Ads Industry, Inc. (“Ads Industry”). Engagement-level terms for paid services are governed by a separately signed Master Services Agreement.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services and to submit inquiries. You agree not to: (a) scrape, mine or reverse-engineer the Site at scale; (b) attempt to disrupt or probe the Site's security; (c) use automated systems to submit forms; (d) misrepresent your identity.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, case studies, creative assets shown for illustrative purposes) is owned by Ads Industry or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or publicly display any portion of the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by fair use.
Client brand marks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are displayed with permission or for editorial reference within the context of case studies.
3. Submissions
If you send us materials via the contact forms (“Submissions”), you represent that you own or are authorised to share them. You grant Ads Industry a non-exclusive right to use Submissions for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We will not publicly share or publish your Submissions without your written permission.
4. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Ads Industry disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. Information on the Site — including metrics, case studies and projections — is provided in good faith for informational purposes and should not be construed as a guarantee of specific results for your business.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ads Industry' aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the Site is limited to USD $100. Ads Industry is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montréal, Québec, subject to applicable consumer-protection and mandatory forum rules in your jurisdiction.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “effective date.” Continued use of the Site after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
