Performance is the only KPI.

We don't ship vanity decks. Every concept has a kill rule, every channel has a hold-out, every quarter has a number the CFO signs. If it doesn't move pipeline, blended ROAS or LTV — it doesn't ship.

Head of Performance Media

Run the studio's media practice across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Applovin and CTV. You set the standard for how every account is built, scaled and reported on — and you operate at least one $1M+/mo book of business yourself.

What you own
  • Media P&L across the entire studio — efficiency targets, channel mix, kill-rule discipline.
  • Senior client relationships at the CMO and Founder level for our top accounts.
  • Hiring bar and ongoing calibration of the buyer + strategist bench.
  • MMM and incrementality framework — one number that the board trusts.
What we look for
  • 8+ years buying paid media at $5M+/yr scale, with 3+ years leading a team of senior buyers.
  • Demonstrated wins on at least two of: Meta, Google, TikTok, Applovin, CTV.
  • Operator mindset — you write the SQL, you read the CAPI logs, you do not delegate the truth.
  • Comfortable in a senior-only, no-juniors environment.

Senior Performance Strategist

Remote (NA + EU) · with quarterly on-site weeks

You're the operating brain on 3–4 client engagements: $250k–$2M/mo each. You run the weekly cadence, pick the experiments, hold the buyers and creatives accountable to the plan, and present to the C-suite without a slide deck full of vanity metrics.

What you own
  • The 90-day plan and weekly cadence on every account in your book.
  • Test design, hold-out cohorts, channel-portfolio sizing.
  • Client comms — Slack, weekly readout, monthly business review.
  • Calling kills early and reallocating before bad spend compounds.
What we look for
  • 6+ years running paid media for DTC or B2B brands at meaningful scale.
  • Fluent in incrementality, MMM, geo-holdouts — not just platform ROAS.
  • You can write a brief that a buyer and a creative both want to execute on.
  • Comfortable saying no to clients when the data says no.

You're hands-on-keyboard daily across Meta and TikTok at $500k–$5M/mo per account. You do not delegate the build. You read CAPI logs before you read the dashboard. You ship 20+ creative variants a week and you know which ones to kill on day three.

What you own
  • Day-to-day buying, structure, and budget reallocation across 2–3 accounts.
  • CAPI / Conversions API health and event hygiene end-to-end.
  • Creative testing roadmap — what's running, what's queued, what's killed.
  • Channel-level reporting and the weekly buyer notes for your strategist.
What we look for
  • 5+ years buying Meta + TikTok with personal P&L over $1M/mo.
  • Server-side tracking is second nature; you've shipped CAPI from scratch.
  • You have an opinion on creative diagnostics and you can defend it.
  • Bonus: deep YouTube or Applovin experience.

Creative Director · Performance Studio

You run the creative engine: 25–40 net-new concepts a week across our active book. You brief, you cast creators, you direct shoots, you sit next to the editor. You think in hooks and kill rules — not in awards-show portfolios.

What you own
  • Concept volume and quality across every active engagement.
  • Creator + UGC bench — sourcing, contracting, calibrating.
  • Brand voice continuity for clients without a brand team.
  • The weekly creative readout: what shipped, what won, what's next.
What we look for
  • 7+ years in performance creative — agency, in-house, or studio.
  • You ship hooks people remember and you can explain why they worked.
  • You're as comfortable on a Premiere timeline as you are in a brief.
  • You believe data should sharpen taste, not replace it.

Performance Analyst · MMM + Incrementality

$190k – $280k base · + performance bonus· Top 1% of US Senior Marketing Analyst / MMM Specialist comp.

You build the measurement layer the rest of the studio runs on. Lightweight MMM, geo-holdouts, conversion-lift studies, MTA reconciliation. You make the buyer's gut and the CFO's spreadsheet agree on the same number.

What you own
  • MMM models per active client — refreshed weekly, defensible monthly.
  • Incrementality program — geo and ghost-bid testing across channels.
  • Server-side data pipeline (BigQuery / Snowflake / dbt).
  • Board-ready reporting that survives a CFO's audit.
What we look for
  • 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics or MMM.
  • Strong SQL + Python; you've shipped models, not just dashboards.
  • You can explain incrementality to a non-technical CMO in two minutes.
  • Bonus: experience with Robyn, Meridian, or a custom Bayesian MMM.
