Never. Flat monthly retainer, always. We don't want the incentive to push more budget than your account can absorb — and you shouldn't want us to have it.
$25k/month and up. Below that, the retainer isn't the best use of your budget — we'll happily refer you to a solid performance-fee shop.
Contracts signed Monday, kickoff Wednesday, first new creative live within 10 business days. Your pod — strategist, media buyer, creative lead — runs the audit in parallel so you're not waiting to see signal.
Both — and that's the point. Our in-house creative studio runs a 120-creator UGC bench and owns the brief-to-live-asset loop. Most agencies do this badly; it ships weekly here.
